Support Engineer
Join Our Dynamic Team as a Support Engineer!
Sceptr is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to enhance our service capacity and elevate our Managed Services. Based in our Utrecht office, you’ll be part of the SSC team, focusing on Network and System Administration. We’re looking for a customer-focused, solution-driven professional with a keen analytical mind.
Your Role
- Own the support, delivery, and maintenance of Sceptr services.
- Troubleshoot incidents, manage changes, and be the go-to contact for our partners and customers.
- Utilize and diagnose Sceptr’s infrastructure, employing top-tier network and security monitoring tools to deliver managed services.
- Work remotely within large, complex customer environments.
What you Bring
- Experience supporting complex network environments and familiarity with ITIL processes.
- A passion for networking and Linux system administration in enterprise settings.
- Collaboration with DevOps and R&D teams to optimize and automate our SaaS environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- A continuous learning mindset, especially in DevOps and networking.
